Register Your Ministry/Church

This Church Fundraising Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Build Our Kingdom Publishing, LLC (“Company”) and the participating church (“Church”) to outline the terms and conditions for participation in the Book Fundraising Program. By signing this agreement, the Church agrees to the following terms:

1. Church Eligibility & Participation

1.1 The Church must provide accurate and complete information upon registration, including church name, address, contact details, and financial information for payments.

1.2 The Church must designate an authorized representative to serve as the point of contact for all communications regarding this program.

1.3 The Church is responsible for actively promoting the book fundraiser within its community.

2. Fundraising Structure & Payouts

2.1 The Church will receive 25-35% of the proceeds from each book sold when customers select their Church as the beneficiary.

2.2 Payments will be made on a quarterly basis for the previous three month’s sales. Payments may be issued via check or as agreed upon.

2.3 The minimum payout threshold is $100.00. If the Church does not meet this threshold, earnings will roll over to the next payout period.

3. Marketing & Promotion

3.1 The Church agrees to promote the fundraiser using flyers, emails, social media, and direct outreach to members and the community.

3.2 The Church may use materials provided by Build Our Kingdom Publishing, LLC but cannot alter or create new promotional materials without prior approval.

3.3 The Church agrees not to engage in false advertising, misleading statements, or misrepresentations about the fundraising program.

4. Use of Funds

4.1 The Church acknowledges that funds received from this program must be used for church-related activities, community outreach, or ministry needs.

4.2 The Church is responsible for any reporting or tax requirements related to received funds. Build Our Kingdom Publishing, LLC is not responsible for handling any tax documentation on behalf of the Church.

5. Termination & Program Changes

5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with a 14-day written notice.

5.2 Build Our Kingdom Publishing, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participating churches in advance.

5.3 If fraudulent activity or misuse of funds is discovered, the Church will be immediately removed from the program, and pending payments may be withheld.

6. Agreement & Authorization

By signing this Agreement, the Church acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The Church also affirms that the individual signing this document is an authorized representative of the Church with the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

7. Acknowledgment:

You confirm that you have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to participate in the Build Our Kingdom Publishing Church Fundraising Program under the stated terms.
